The Beskid Park investment is being implemented by Beskid One sp. z o.o., a company made up of a group of strong and proven investors with extensive financial and business backgrounds.

The unique combination of partners representing three distinct sectors: a representative of the local construction project market in Ustroń, an investment holding with over 30 years of experience, and one of the leaders in the rehabilitation care industry, resulted in the creation of a comprehensive project tailored to the character of the spa.

Thanks to this approach, the Beskid Park project is based on stable foundations – knowledge and experience of partners who have successfully implemented numerous projects in various market areas.

An engineer and entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in Ustroń. Thanks to his experience in implementing investments and construction projects for the Ustroń Spa, he has gained a thorough understanding of the market, creating a solid foundation for further development projects in the region. He operates in the construction sector, developing, among others, housing estates and apartments in Ustroń. He co-founded the construction companies BUDBAU and SERVICEBUD, implementing projects both in Poland and abroad.

Since 2007, he has run his own business, providing investment consulting services, investor supervision, and technical support for construction projects. He collaborates with ALUPROF S.A., a company belonging to the Kęty Group, as an investment coordinator for industrial and construction projects with budgets reaching tens of millions of zlotys.

His technical knowledge, practical experience, and strong ties to the region make him a guarantor of the safety and reliability of the Beskid Park project.
